How to calculate your numerology life path

One date can be checked with pencil and paper.

Start with every digit

For 1990-05-14, write 1+9+9+0+0+5+1+4=29. Then 2+9=11. We retain 11 and also note its reduced form, 2.

When to stop reducing

This site preserves 11, 22 and 33 when they occur during reduction. Other two-digit totals continue to a single digit. Different numerology schools may use another rule; keeping the rule explicit makes results comparable.

Build the diagram

Count each 1 through 9 in 19900514. The date contains two 1s, one 4, one 5 and two 9s. The other cells show zero. This grid describes the written date, not a diagnosis of a person.
